The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Stacy A. Reid, 35, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempt of court.

* Andru Wayne Emmons, 31, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Summonses

* James Clay Waller, 18, 2560 Lisa Drive, received a summons for assault.

Thefts

* Credit cards, a handgun, laser gun case, identification items, money and a checkbook were reported stolen at 1855 Evondale Drive.

* A laptop was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* A laptop computer, case, voice recorder and checkbook were reported stolen at 1532 Amblewood Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

* An ignition interlock system was reported stolen.

* A dog was reported stolen at 1201 Good Hope St.

* Identity theft was reported.

Property damage

* A vehicle's windows were reported damaged at 1157 S. West End Blvd., where a purse was reported stolen.

* MERS Goodwill Missouri Industries, 250 S. Silver Springs Road, reported front glass doors, a countertop and donation boxes damaged and money stolen.
