Green - Rogers

Kenneth and Ann Green of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelley Green, to Jacob Rogers, both of Columbia, Mo. He is the son of Mike and Kathi Rogers of Slater, Mo.

Green is a 2000 graduate of Central High School. She received a bachelor's degree in elementary education in 2004, and a master's degree in curriculum and instruction in 2005, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a third grade teacher with Columbia Public Schools.

Rogers is a 1998 graduate of Slater High School. He received a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from the University of Central Missouri-Warrensburg in 2003. He is a computer programmer with CARFAX.

A July 9, 2011, wedding is planned at Chaumette Vineyards in Ste. Genevieve, Mo.
