* Rhonda K. Whitworth, 46, 3458 Old Route V, received a summons for driving while intoxicated and driving with a revoked license.
* Tommie Lee Javarr Tipler, 17, 1115 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Umpkins Beauty Supply, 415 Broadway.
* Terry Wayne Sutterer, 51, 1005 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Breanna Nicole Miner, 17, 702 Louis St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Philip Michael Smith, 24, 2581 Route FF, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of hindering felony prosecution.
* Jerry Dale Linhert, 17, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Jo Heather Pavone, 36, 913 Hickory St., was arrested on suspicion of possession with the intent to distribute.
* Sharonica Nicole Donay Bingham, 20, 133 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of interfering with and resisting arrest.
* A subject was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of assault.
* Jaurez Floyd Johnson, 19, 927 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of a false declaration and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Ammy Nichole Dodd, 28, 1927 N. Kingshighway, received a summons for phone harassment.
* Christopher D. Beck, 22, 1938 Delwin St., received a summons for a peace disturbance.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Assault with armed criminal action was reported.
* Assault and stealing were reported.
* Third-degree assault was reported.
* Money was reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* A laptop, case and cigarettes were reported stolen at 20 S. Pacific St.
* Food, food stamps, a cell phone and money were reported stolen at 1721 Bloomfield St.
* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* A window screen was reported damaged at 25 Village Drive.
* A door was reported damaged at 927 Jefferson Ave.
* Child abuse was reported.
* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for assault and property damage.
* Interference with custody was reported.
* A 50-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
