The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Bradley Jones Daughterty, 21, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Lavell Marcel Williams, 19, 2494 Lisa Drive, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and resisting arrest.
* James Edward Parkhill, 27, 1500 N. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of statutory rape.
* David Christopher Hammonds, 18, 1547 Rand St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.
* Joshua Robert Smith, 18, 430 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
* Mitchael Orlan Smith, 38, 1541 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* A subject was in custody, pending the filing of formal charges on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Carla Renee Walker, 30, of Marston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to give adequate care to animals.
* Anthony Quinn Carter, 43, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for two counts of speeding.
Assaults
* Domestic assault and second-degree property damage were reported.
Thefts
* Missouri Title Loans, 300 N. Kingshighway, reported stealing and defrauding a secured creditor.
* Kidds, 1325 Broadway, reported fuel stolen.
* A Suzuki motorcycle was reported stolen at 507 Cape Meadows Circle.
* Medication, jewelry, cash and a video camera were reported stolen at 3019 Aspen Drive.
* Don's Store 24, 341 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* A dog was reported stolen at 627 N. Lorimier St.
* An Xbox, games and controllers were reported stolen at 1022 Sturdivant Ave.
Miscellaneous
* A protection order was reported violated.
* A peace disturbance was reported.
* Child abuse was reported.
* Fraudulent attempt to obtain a controlled substance was reported.
* Harassment was reported.
* A 49-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A protection order was reported violated.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Julie L. Kreyling, 49, of Frohna, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Rachel D. Coomer, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for fraudulent use of a credit device and stealing.
* Joshua A. Deck, 25, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for expired registration.
* Charles A. Faverty, 48, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Brandon L. Janssen, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive on the right half of the road and possession of marijuana.
