Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Darrell Andrew Watkins, 27, Cairo, Ill., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for two counts of driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance.

* Aschlei N. Kelly, 28, 3038 Westfield Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Two warrant arrests were reported.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

Summons

* Dustin G. Hess, 27, Advance, Mo., received a summons for prohibited acts of noise.

Thefts

* Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

Miscellaneous

* Robbery and stealing was reported.

* A 25-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
