The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Estes K. Davis Jr., 32, 807 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene.

Arrests

* Tresa Ann Caudle, 31. Villa Ridge, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

* Robyn Dell Snodgrass, 29, 2525 Masters Drive, was arrested on a warrant.

* Carla Kaye Adams, 45, Oran, Mo., was arrested on a warrant.

* Robert Thomas Davisson, 37, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a probation and parole warrant.

* A subject was in custody, pending the filing of formal charges, on suspicion of interfering with felony arrest.

* A subject was in custody, pending the filing of formal charges, on suspicion of resisting arrest and hindering prosecution.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1444 Independence St.

* Money was reported stolen at 211 S. Lake St.

* Tools were reported stolen at 1400 S. West End Blvd.

* Stealing was reported.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 10 S. Spanish St.

* A 52-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
