The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Lawrence V. Wesley Jr., 48, 636 S. Spring Ave., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no headlights and driving an unlicensed vehicle.
* Glenn A. Moore, 23, of Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated/exhibition driving.
* Justin D. Brown, 21, 901 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Charleston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
* Cortney B. Boitnott, 22, 2728 Luce St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Cougar B. Knickerbocker, 21, 173 Tilley Hill, was arrested on a Hillsboro, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
* Dillon S. Lofgren, 20, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Justin D. Brown, 21, 901 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Charleston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for a traffic violation.
* Shannon R. Maddox, 34, 99 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
* Sean R. Lee, 25, of Benton, Mo., received a summons for assault.
* John F. Harper, 52, 102 Dunklin St., received a summons for not keeping property free of litter.
* David C. J. L. Johnson, 31, 917 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for resisting arrest and failure to have a license.
* Three Verizon Wireless prepaid phone cards were reported stolen at Dollar General, 1142 N. Kingshighway.
* A laptop was reported stolen at 3049 William St.
* Stealing was reported at 1072 Linden St.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Two cases of property damage were reported at 2802 Independence St.
* A peace disturbance was reported at 3049 William St.
* Statutory rape was reported.
* A 41-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Tax evasion of intangible personal property was reported.
