The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Timothy N. Godlove, 24, 633 Louis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Arrests

* Kelita Moore, 23, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for property damage.

* Anthony J. Wilson, 21, 308 Louis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

* Travis D. Wade, 27, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license.

* Brittney S. Lambert, 20, of Sikeston, Mo., ws arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for stealing.

* Lydia L. Lockridge, 23, 525 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance and child endangerment.

* Todd W. Scott, 37, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Tommy L. J. Tipler, 17, 1115 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for stealing.

* Heather S. Tucker, 24, 2571 Magnolia Ave., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for a traffic violation.

* Rayburn Cowan III, 20, 804 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving with a revoked license.

* Two 16-year-old girls were arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Beverly K. Wanick, 49, 1430 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license and resisting arrest and on a Lincoln County warrant for passing bad checks.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of burglary and resisting arrest.

* Joshua Jonathan Smith, 24, 409 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.

Summonses

* Ron D. Williams, 19, 305 Edgewood Drive, received a summons for loitering.

* Ikeria C. Walker, 19, 305 Edgewood Drive, received a summons for loitering.

* Patrice M. Jones, 32, 721 Walnut, received a summons for a peace disturbance.
