The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Amia D. Warren, 21, 505 Washington Ave., was arrested on a Reynolds County warrant.

* Matthew N. Brady, 26, 1008 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Carter County warrant for littering.

* Rayburn Cowan, 20, 804 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing a PlayStation 3.

* Charlene M. Huff, 31, 1123 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to appear.

* Michelle R. Carmichael, 51, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for suspicion of contempt of court for no operator's license.

* Aubrey C. Gilmore, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Dale A. Page, 27, of Wright City, Mo., was arrested on O'Fallon, Mo., warrants for failure to appear for driving while suspended and on a Wright City warrant for probation violation.

* Charlotte P. Mann, 49, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Robert W. Arnold, 30, 212 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 10, was arrested on a Cape County warrant for failure to appear.

* Keittree D. Shannon, 21, 2549 Ranchito Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to appear for no operator's license.

* Michelle R. Smith, age not given, of Perryville was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing, perfume and makeup from Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault, resisting arrest and possession of cocaine.

* Scott Ingram, 23, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana.

Arrests

* Paul A. Winebarger, 57, of Gordonville was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

* Keith Latham, 41, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while license suspended.

* Garrett W. Ledbetter, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.

* Carl Stigall, 22, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff warrant for failure to appear for production of marijuana.
