The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Kendrick D. Calloway, 28, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court for not having a valid driver's license.

* Timothy H. Carter, 17, 525 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Terrelle T. Hulbert, 30, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Monteal T. Pearson, 19, 1419 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of distributing, manufacturing or possessing a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

* Christopher D. O'Kelly, 25, 709 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* Jaime L. Williams, 34, 243 Geranium Lane, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance.

* Jason W. West, 34, of Bloomfield, Mo., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for attempting to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of ephedrine.

* Jameel C. Thomas, 21, 1238 College St., was arrested on a Collin County, Texas, warrant for a probation violation.

* David L. Reed, 29, 1200 S. Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court for trespassing.

* Lyonel M. Heard, 40, 164 Parkwood Ave., No. 50, was arrested on suspicion of distributing, manufacturing or possessing a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen at Bank of Missouri, 3427 William St.

* Fuel was reported stolen by Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway.

* A robbery was reported.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 701 S. Benton St.

* A robbery was reported.

Property damage

* A garage door was reported damaged at 3171 N. Park Ave.

Miscellaneous

* Failure to return rental property, a television, was reported by Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway.

* Failure to return rental property, a freezer, was reported by Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway.

* A 34-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
