The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Cedric John Lucious, 23, 1012 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Curtis Jude Buehrle, 35, of Ballwin, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Stephen Hurt, 48, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for no insurance and no operator's license.

* Antonio Cortez Roberts, 34, 1407 Bessie St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Carmen Brown, 49, 919 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a false declaration.

* Kevin Jacob Jansen, 55, 606 Silver Springs Road., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts (yelling).

* David A. Hoffman, 20, 1013 Elm St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny.

Summons

* Colin A. McQuarrie, 37, 1528 Main St., received a summons for excessive weed growth.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen at 13 Doctors' Park.

* A wallet was reported stolen and a vehicle window broken at 161 West Drive.

* A trailer and locks were reported stolen at 760 S. Kings-highway.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

Arson

* Arson was reported.

Property damage

* A vehicle's window was reported broken at Bellevue and Sprigg streets.

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 485 S. Mount Auburn Road.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 835 Morgan Oak St.

Miscellaneous

* A 42-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Failure to return to confinement was reported.

* A 16-year-old girl was reported missing.
