DWI

* A man was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated and improper lane usage.

Arrests

* Kevin E. Strubinger, 41, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.

* A juvenile, no age given, was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of sexual misconduct.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of resisting and interfering with arrest and being a minor visibly intoxicated.

* Melvin Dancy, 40, 103 N. Clark Ave. Apt. 305, was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant.

* Evan D. Johnson, 17, 515 Minnesota Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

* Berta L. Usrey, 40, 1323 N. Spanish St., was arrested on six municipal warrants.

* Donald L. Whybark, 38, address not given, was arrested on a Taney County, Mo., warrant and an Arkansas warrant for parole violation.
