The Southeast Missourian Jr.'s beloved mascot, Tracker, celebrated his 11th birthday at Discovery Playhouse on Friday, August 5th. Tracker would like to thank everyone who come out and brought a donation for "Treats for Tracker's Friends".Cheryl Ellis
