DWI

* Mark T. Hoffmeister, 44, 810 Brown St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 800 block of Jessica Street.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Elm Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Aaron Drive.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Adams Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
