The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of failure to register annually, driving while license revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to yield.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of operating a business without a license and soliciting on private property.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of robbery, property damage and resisting arrest for a felony.

* Consentshae Cuneterri Parker, 17, 925 William St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Three subjects were taken into custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.

* Tommy Lee Javarr Tipler, 18, 1115 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for charges of contempt of court and failure to pay fines for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Corey Dej-Van Thompson, 23, homeless, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear on contempt of court charges, animal neglect and not having an animal license.

* A subject was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges for stealing.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges for resisting arrest, littering and possession of a controlled substance.

* Steven Ray Hanks, 20, 1831 James Court, was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of possessing a controlled substance in a correctional facility.

* Three boys, ages 10, 14 and 15, were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

Summons

* Stephen G. Leavy, 53, 1810 New Madrid St., was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 2829 Themis St., where the apartment door was broken.

* A burglary was reported at 2822 Whitener St. in which a door was damaged and jewelry and money were stolen.

* A burglary was reported at 2839 Whitener St. in which a door was damaged and money was taken.

* Medication and food were reported stolen at 200 Morgan Oak St.

Thefts

* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported that a leased or rented television was not returned.

* A purse was reported stolen at 1717 Lawanda Drive.

* Reliant Pro LLC, 74 Centennial Drive, reported aluminum gutters, down spouts and clips stolen.

* A purse was were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St. The report also involved property damage.

* House items were reported stolen at 1518 Washington Ave.

* Southeast Missouri State University and an individual reported vehicle windows broken and softball gloves and cleats stolen near the corner of Normal Avenue and West End Boulevard.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.

Property damage

* Shivelbine's Music Store, 535 Broadway, reported a window broken.

* Discovery Playhouse, 502 Broadway, reported property damage.

* A mailbox was reported damaged at 425 N. Middle St.

Miscellaneous

* Child abuse was reported.

* Peace disturbance was reported.

* Making a terrorist threat was reported, involving a local business receiving calls from an unknown person threatening to harm employees.

* A 35-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Harassment was reported.

* Knowingly tattooing a minor without written consent of the parent was reported.

Cape Girardeau County

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Charles M. Farrow, 23, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* Sharmaine L. Edwards, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

* Zachary I. Glidewell, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for intentionally inhaling/smelling fumes of any solvent.

* Michael J. Jones, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while license suspended.

* Kimberly R. Allen, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Cayleigh R. Bolton, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Jordan L. Kuntze, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and for being a visibly intoxicated minor.

* Thomas Gavin, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of two counts of second-degree burglary, two counts of property damage and two counts of stealing.

Southeast Missouri State University

The university's Department of Public Safety released the following item. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

* Jacob T. Williams, 18, of St. Louis was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.
