Jackson police report 9/11/11

POLICE

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Mary Gilbert, 49, of Haleyville, Ala., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and following too closely.

Arrests

* Mandy H. Harris, 26, 1207 E. Main St., Apt. 32, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a probation revocation charge.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Fraud

* Fraud was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 800 block of Crown Pointe Circle.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of Anna Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2300 block of Garrett Lane.
