The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Caleb E. Smith, 22, 41 East Rodney Drive, Apt. 3, was arrested on warrant for probation violation.

* Adam S. Crapo, 48, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

* Thomas D. Buecher, 52, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for revoked operator's license, failure to appear for no proof of insurance and failure to appear for improper registration.

* Rhonda G. Kenner, 47, 1015 Bloomfield St., Apt. 108, was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substance.

* Trey M. Lewis, 18, 1000 Towers Circle, South 803, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

Summons

* Sarah E. Noce, 22, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 405, received a summons for peace disturbance.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

Burglary

* A burglary and the theft of a Xbox, laptop and TV were reported at 1115 Good Hope St.

Theft

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a TV stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported gasoline stolen.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 S. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported lemonade stolen.

Miscellaneous

* The fraudulent use of a credit card was reported.
