The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of behavior injurious to self or others.

* Rosie L. Jackson, 32, of Benton, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for stealing.

* Adam L. Horton, 22, 105 N. Clark Ave., No. 309, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of synthetic cannabinoid.

* Stephen D. Polk, 20, of Lilbourn, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Louis C. Jackson, 54, 807 William St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Raymond J. Riddle, 25, 607 Locust St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* John D. Hill, 35, of McClure, Ill., received a summons for assault.

* Kyle D. Griggs, 20, of Jackson received a summons for littering.

Robbery

* A robbery was reported.

Thefts

* License plates were reported stolen at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* A Jeep hard top was reported stolen at 3008 Gordonville Road.

* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Property damage and the theft of a camera case, SD card and shoes were reported at 815 Themis St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 1257 Rockwood Drive.

* Pastimes Antiques, 45 N. Main St., reported property damage and trespassing.
