The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Isaac D. Porter, 22, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Derrick E. Gluck, 23, 1402 Bessie St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Wilma L. Hailey, no age given, 222 Estate Drive, No. 158, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Annie Marie Bracken, no age given, 1322 N. Hills Drive, was arrested on a warrant.

* Thomas E. Guerrero, no age given, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Grace D. Hurt, no age given, 2902 Magnolia Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

* Margaret McPherson, 44, 49 N. Park St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Billy Wynn, 28, 49 N. Park St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

Summons

* Bryan Sturm, 32, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for possession of marijuana.

* Assault was reported at Themis and Hanover streets.

Burglary

* Cycle Works, 1407 N. Kingshighway, reported money stolen.

Theft

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gas stolen.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 61 Clarke Ave.

* A cellphone and clothes were reported stolen at 1126 N. Sprigg St.

Property damage

* Windows were reported damaged at 921 Perry Ave.

Miscellaneous

* A 26-year-old man was placed on an intoxication hold.

* Burning was reported at 1015 Bloomfield Road.

* A nuisance part was reported at 226 N. Ellis St.

* Forgery was reported at 918 College St.
