* Dakoda J. Stearns, 26, 617 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Russell S. Schwausch, 31, 1115 Cape Hills Drive, No. 6, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for exhibition driving.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

* Levi Savage, 48, 416 Albert St., was arrested on suspicion of child abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

* Harvey E. Gaddy, 45, 15 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

* Michael A. Bievenue, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, being a visibly intoxicated minor, property damage and resisting/interfering with arrest.

* George D. Cheek Jr., 30, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a law enforcement officer and driving while intoxicated.
