The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Kerry B. Phillips, 39, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Joshua A. Abernathie, 23, 1105 Hidden Valley Drive, No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of motor vehicle theft.

* Mary H. Sims, 40, 535 Boxwood Drive, No. 6, was arrested on suspicion of forgery.

* Zachary A. Pierce, 19, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation and a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.

* Tasha M. Briley, 21, of Brighton, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of a noise violation, resisting arrest and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

* Brian A. Mears, 26, of Arbyrd, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to return to confinement and on a DeKalb County, Ga., felony warrant for smuggling contraband.

* Kevin M. Wilmas, 19, of O'Fallon, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a driver's license and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Megan B. Oliver-Smith, 23, of Natchez, Miss., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for tinted windows.

Summons

* Tyrance Hill, 36, 1110 Ranney Ave., received a summons for failure to display an animal license.

Burglary

* A burglary, the theft of a TV, Xbox, Nintendo DS, games, movies, radio and BB guns, and damage to a garage door were reported at 1535 N. Water St.

Thefts

* A purse was reported stolen at 24 Village Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* Damage to a door was reported at 1224 Linden St.

Miscellaneous

* An animal bite was reported at 49 N. Park Ave.
