Niswonger - Dillick

Dan and Patti Elfrink of Whitewater and Alan D. and Tammy Niswonger of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Dale Niswonger, to Ryan Andrew Dillick. He is the son of John and Julie Dillick of St. Louis.

Niswonger is a 2006 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor's degree in health management/marketing from Southeast Missouri State University in 2011. She is a media consultant with Yellow Pages.

Dillick is a 2005 graduate of Trinity Catholic High School in St. Louis. He expects to receive a bachelor's degree in health management/marketing from Southeast in May. He is employed at Red Lobster and Northwestern Mutual Insurance Co.

A June wedding is planned at Cape County Park in Cape Girardeau.
