The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Broderick D. Furlow, 41, 2549 Travelers Way, received a summons for domestic assault, driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, following too close and property damage.

Summons

* Rodney A. Quick, 49, 1323 Bel Air Drive, received a summons for tampering with utility.

* Joseph W. Kilhafner, 32, 403 N. High St., received a summons for driving while revoked.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 1200 block of Old Cape Road.

Miscellaneous

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 2600 block of Mansfield Place.
