* Jerry L. Lucas, Jr., 37, 2090 Old Toll Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of Goodson Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 300 block of North Shawnee Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 2900 block of East Main Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 400 block of West Independence Street.
