DWI

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, failing to stop at a stop sign and driving while suspended.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of resisting/interfering with arrest, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Ashley J. Chop, 26, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Jordan D. White, 20, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of tampering with a motor vehicle and resisting/interfering with arrest.

* Taylor L. Fox, 21, of Tulsa, Okla., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* David G. Farris, II, 24, of Essex, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for false declaration.

* Randy Green, 44, 1218 College St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

* Andrew McClendon, 28, 502 Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* A camera was reported stolen from a vehicle at 1927 Briarwood.

* A vehicle was reported stolen at 7 N. Benton St.

* Mark D. Carnell, 53, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
