Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Jack L. Dannenmueller II, 27, 4467 State Highway W, was arrested on suspicion of exhibition driving, driving while intoxicated and no insurance.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated and no insurance.

Arrests

* Sandy J. Betts, 55, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Tommy R.L. Jones, 25, 1374 N. Spanish St., was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon.

* Charles E. Fleming III, 24, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

* Bradley J. Holten, 26, 632 N. Frederick St., Apt. 4, and Dylan W. Statler, 19, 1624 Themis St., both received summonses for peace disturbance.

* Jesus C. Cruz, 19, 105 Clark Ave., received a summons for peace disturbance.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

* Assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.

Burglaries

* A burglary, theft and property damage were reported at 85 S. Plaza Way.

* A burglary, receiving stolen property and the theft of a laptop computer, Xbox 360 and accessories, a game, jewelry and vehicle titles were reported at 511 S. Sprigg St.

* A burglary and the theft of assorted tools were reported at 541 S. Ellis St.

* The theft of a purse and property damage were reported at 3261 William St.

* Theft from a motor vehicle was reported.

* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Theft and property damage were reported at 1330 N. Sprigg St.

* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* A GPS unit was reported stolen at 2504 Tulip Lane.

* A toolbox was reported stolen at 2514 Jonquil Lane.

Property damage

* Drury Southwest reported property damage at 3065 William St.

* A 48-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
