The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* John A. Zappa, 45, 725 Linden St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal chares of failing to drive on the right half of the roadway, following too close, failing to have a license, no insurance and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, burglary and endangering the welfare of a child.

* Tony D. Cox, 31, of Millersville was arrested on a Park Hills, Mo., warrant for probation violation.

* Carl Boitnoit, 25, 27 N. Hanover St., was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear.

Summons

* Antonio Garritano, 22, 310 N. West End Blvd., received a summons for possession of a controlled substance.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 2922 Park West Heights Drive.

* Burglary and stealing were reported at 212 S. Lorimier St.

Thefts

* Fireworks were reported stolen at 443 N. Frederick St.

* A USB drive, an iPhone car charger, jewelry and a tent were reported stolen at 1111 N. Missouri St.

* Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported.

* Stealing was reported at 433 Louis St.

* Stealing was reported at 320 N. Frederick St.

Miscellaneous

* A 31-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Use of a child in a sexual performance was reported.

* Counterfeiting was reported.

* A domestic assault and property damage were reported at South Kingshighway and Southern Expressway.

* A bicycle was found at 121 N. Henderson Ave.

* Failure to return to confinement was reported.
