CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Harvey E. Gaddy, 46, 15 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

* Dakoda E. Umfleet, 27, 238 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on three counts of suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Jessica R. Davis, 25, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Two 14-year-old girls were cited into juvenile court for suspicion of peace disturbance.

* Jacob J. Leffler, 22, 230 N. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stop sign violation.

* Lennie Dickerson Jr., no age given, 1226 Harmony Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing jewelry at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Robert E. Nelson, 47, of Ullin, Il., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.

Summons

* Aaron D. Crisler, 31, 51 Hazel St., was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A check card was reported stolen at 2825 Bloomfield Road.

* Missouri license plates were reported stolen at 723 East Rodney Drive.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 906 N. Frederick St.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
