The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for suspicion of driving while revoked, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, failure to drive within a single lane and driving while intoxicated.

* Shuai Wang, 20, 701 N. Sprigg St., Apt 1, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Terry A. Woods, 34, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing cosmetics at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Erik M. Hunter, 20, 321 Dearmont Circle, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and being minor in possession of alcohol.

* Joseph R. Hurt, 24, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Justin L. Brandy, 27, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Quonisha S. Shaw, 17, and Markeila D. Williamson, 23, both of Sikeston, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of stealing cosmetics, cologne and batteries at Walmart at 2429 William St.

* Elizabeth P. Martin, 20, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing watches at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

* Benny Benavente, 24, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Kristy L. Shoemaker, 32, 103 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and for stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Three subjects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Jessica N. Griffin, 27, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to register a vehicle.

* Samemia C. Twiggs, 28, 208 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Michelle D. Dietrich, 33, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a warrant.

* Dylan R. Splean, 19, of St. Louis and Austin Bell, 20, of Union, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of being minors in possession of alcohol.

* Anthony Barton, 23, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

* DeWayne Felty, 29, 529 Olive St., was arrested on a warrant.

* Mary Dresseler, 40, no address given, and Rebeka Boomer, 27, no address given, were arrested on suspicion of theft.

* Jason Buddy Hecht Jr., 24, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested for suspicion of driving while suspended.

* Kimberly D. West, 45, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on an Arkansas Board of Parole warrant for parole violation for manufacturing, delivery and possession of a controlled substance.

* Catherine P. Mungle, 18, of Marquand, Mo., was arrested for failure to stop for stop sign and possession of marijuana.

* Kasey D. Shaffer, 27, of Wappapello, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
