The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Larry Dean Reed, 48, 2845 Themis St., No. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for assault.

* Daniel Ryan McLaughlin, 24, of Aurora, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration and a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for no insurance.

* A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on a warrant for juvenile escape.

* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court.

* Heather R. Pittman, 26, 351 Estate Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Jacob S. Walawaia, 25, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff warrant for probation violation.

* Christian A. Rizo-Villasenor, 22, 1930 College St., was arrested on suspicion of failure to maintain a single lane and driving without a license.

* John M. Bradley, 42, 2834 Whitener St., No. 4, was arrested on a Dexter, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for not wearing a seat belt.

Summonses

* Larry P. Huffman, 37, 1662 Westwood Drive, was issued a summons for prohibited acts, noises.

* Emerson T. McDowell-Hill, 25, 25 N. Benton St., was issued a summons for an animal leash law violation and animal neglect.

Burglaries

* Burglary and the theft of assorted liquor and St. Louis Cardinals memorabilia was reported at Pipe Fitters Local 562, 417 N. Spring Ave.

Thefts

* A trailer was reported stolen at 1356 Water St.

* Money was reported stolen at O'Charley's, 3093 William St.

* A cellphone was reported stolen.

* A package was reported stolen at 1200 Good Hope St.

* A 24-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Violation of an order of protection was reported.
