The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft.

* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being a runaway juvenile.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of theft.

* Clemmie Lee Lane, 41, 915 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for excessive growth of weeds.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest, driving while revoked and careless and imprudent driving.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Orschein Farm and Home, 338 Christine St., reported the theft of a log splitter and damage to a chain-link fence.

* Jewelry, money, scrap gold and a television were reported stolen at 2112 Broadway.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported the theft a coffee maker and water filter starter kit.

* Menards, 535 Siemers Drive, reported theft.

* A Cadillac Power Wheels was reported stolen at 616 Koch Ave.

* Theft of services was reported at 326 S. Lorimier St.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported the theft of cologne.

* Rhodes, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

Miscellaneous

* Financial exploitation of the elderly was reported.

* Unlawful use of a firearm was reported.

* Illegal dumping was reported.

* A 47-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Identity theft was reported at 33 N. Henderson Ave.
