CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Joshua A. Peikert, 20, of Dutchtown was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

* Brandon L. Thorne, 18, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Mary C. Crawford, 37, 236 Capaha Trails, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for unlawful use of a weapon.

* William W. Welch Jr., 27, 418 Rose St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.

* Elliot S. Walshon, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for assault.

* Garry D. Beasley, 26, of Glen Carbon, Ill., was arrested on two Cole County, Mo., warrants for failure to appear for traffic violations.

Summonses

* Roland J.J. Rogers, 25, 807 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 104, was issued a summons for theft of services at Buffalo Wild Wings, 2136 William St.

* Connor B. McClanahan, 20, 915 College Hill, was issued a summons for resisting arrest, assault, trespassing and a liquor law violation.

Assault

* Domestic assault, stealing, tampering with a motor vehicle and property damage were reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Jasper's, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported fuel stolen.

* A riding lawn mower and window air conditioner were reported stolen at 2006 Big Bend Road.

* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported fuel stolen.

* Ranks of wood were reported stolen at 460 S. Kingshighway.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 64 S. Plaza Way.

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 2102 William St.

* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported fuel stolen.

* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle windshield was reported damaged at 921 Hackberry St.

Miscellaneous

* Counterfeiting was reported at 3168 William St.

* A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at Pacific Street and Bellevue Street.

* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Carla G. Moit, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* Austin D. Weissinger, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* Zachary J. Durham, 21, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Dylan W. Neal, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for assault on a law enforcement officer.

* George M. Weston Jr., 32, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and no proof of insurance.

* Blaze M. Stephens, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
