JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Thomas A. Koehler, 39, of Creve Coeur, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

* Joel L. Phillips, 51, 1416 Briarwood, was arrested on suspicion of theft.

Summons

* Robin L. Jones, 30, of Creve Coeur, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while suspended.

Miscellaneous

* Request to speak to an officer was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 2900 block of Old Orchard Road.

* Harassment was reported in the 700 block of Old Cape Road.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 2500 block of Travelers Way.

* Request to speak to an officer was reported in the 900 block of Hillcrest Drive.
