The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Stephen Michael Underwood, no age given, 1415 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to stop for a flashing red traffic signal and driving while revoked.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of false declaration and trespassing.

* William T. Harris, 33, 2775 Lynwood Hills Drive., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration and failure to appear for suspended operator's license and on a Cole County, Mo., warrant for fraud.

* Bobby D. Black, 313 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

Summonses

* Lorrie Lee Dodson, 30, 618 North St., No. 201, was issued a summons for stealing merchandise at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Maceo R. Henderson, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for exhibition driving.

* Jordan M. Yahn, no age given, 825 Merriwether St., was issued a summons for following too close.

Assaults

* Assault and damage to a door and window were reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Burglaries and theft of jewelry and televisions were reported at 16 N. Park Ave.

Thefts

* Theft of clothing and a GPS unit was reported at 229 S. Lorimier St.

* Theft of an iPhone 4s was reported at 777 N. Main St.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported alcohol and a comforter stolen.

* Theft of a wire fence was reported at 1230 S. Ranney Ave.

* Theft of a cellphone was reported at 2863 Whitener St.

* Theft of a pistol was reported at 1015 Oak Ridge Circle.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a DVD player stolen.

* Theft of DVDs was reported at 300 Good Hope St.
