CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Timothy Lee White, 53, 2857 Themis St., Apt. A4, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Roland J.J. Rogers, 24, 103 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing, failure to appear for improper registration and failure to appear for unlawful use of a weapon.

* Floyd M. Young Jr., 19, 531 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Sarah Dianne Wright, 23, 1825 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* Phil V. Mattingly, 44, 1224 William St., No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery and armed criminal action.

Assault

* Domestic assault and peace disturbance were reported.

Burglaries

* Burglary was reported at 1030 N. Frederick St.

* Burglary and theft were reported at 620 N. Ellis St.

* Burglary, the theft of a motor vehicle and theft of clothing, a chi straightener, safe, money, a watch, Missouri driver's license, Social Security card, cellphone and birth certificate were reported at 606 Terry Lane.

* Burglary and the theft of firearms, ammunition and a knife were reported at 60 N. Henderson Ave.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Bi-State Southern, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of theft.

Miscellaneous

* An animal bite was reported at 1730 Grandview Drive.

* Violation of order of protection was reported.

* Burger King, 2346 Broadway, reported counterfeiting.

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following item.

Theft

* A computer monitor was reported stolen from Grauel building.
