Jackson police and fire report 2/18/13

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Anthony P. Allen, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a show-cause order, and arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute.

* Clint L. Eastman, 18, 745 Vail Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Corey R. Connell, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of 35 grams or less of marijuana.

* Riley E. Gockel, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

* Zachary A. Abernathy, 17, 1030 Morgan St., was issued a summons for improper lane usage.

* Michael A. Bryant, 19, 1506 Mulberry St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

* Shayna D. Mayfield, 22, 129 Libra Lane, was issued a summons for improper parking.

* Eric A. Lewis, 41, 320 Shawnee Circle, was issued a summons for driving while suspended.

* Tyler W. Glydewell, 19, of Morley, Mo., was issued a summons for displaying plates of another vehicle, failure to produce insurance, failure to register a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

* Jennifer K. York, 29, 567 Arbor Circle, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Carrie L. Bell, 28, 924 Old Cape Road, was issued a summons for having a dog at large.

* Bridget M. Ringstaff, 35, 3540 Ridge Road, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

* Russell L. Basham, 37, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

* Bradley J. Bowers, 38, of Millersville was issued a summons for failing to register a motor vehicle.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported in the 300 block of Wayne Avenue.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 1500 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 1900 block of Ridge Road.

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of South Hope Street.

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

* Theft was reported in the 3100 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Property damage was reported in the 1600 block of Kimbel Lane.

* Property damage was reported in the 100 block of South Hope Street.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 700 block of Oak Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 100 block of South Hope Street.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 1300 block of Indian Parkway.

* Harassment was reported in the 800 block of August Street.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 600 block of North Hope Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 1600 block of Cedar Street.

* A 10-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of conduct injurious to self and truancy.

FIRE

JACKSON

Jackson firefighters responded to the following call Thursday:

* A stove fire on Oak Street.
