CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Misty D. Gibbs, no age given, 654 Timon Way, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Driving while intoxicated and unlawful use of a weapon were reported at Lexington Avenue and Cape Rock Drive.

* Kevin S. Miller, 43, 1226 Cousin St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Phillip W. Coleman, 28, 190 Kensington Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

* Anthony L. McGill, 29, 1106 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for domestic assault.

* Melissa J. Richmond, 38, of Gideon, Mo., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for possession of marijuana.

* Michael D. Terry, 49, 21 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for theft.

* Brian W. Biri, 33, 1853 Carolina Lane, was arrested on suspicion of theft.

* Cameron H. Green, 20, 2107 Sussex Drive, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of intoxicants and unlawful use of license.

* Richard Brownlee IV, no age given, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Summonses

* Angel S.A. Gilchrist, no age given, of East Prairie, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Darrell G. Parrott, 51, homeless, was issued a summons for trespassing at 1218 Meadowbrook Drive.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported attempted theft.

* Theft of cash, MP3 player and a wallet were reported at 905 S. Ellis St.

Property damage

* Property damage and a vehicle pushed into a ditch were reported at 823 Clark Ave.

* Property damage and damage to a back door were reported at 818 North St.

Miscellaneous

* Rent-A-Center, 2136 William St., reported a failure to return leased or rented property.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported counterfeiting.
