The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Jason A. Vonruegish, 37, 410 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to drive within a single lane and failure to show proof of insurance.
* Robert J. Martin, 23, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within a single lane.
* Hillary E. Hubbs, 21, of Millstadt, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.
* Blake J. Oldson, no age given, 602 Boxwood, Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within lane.
* Jessica R. Hayes, no age given, 1726 Dunklin St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon at West End Boulevard and Bloomfield Road.
* Bryce N. Conner, 23, 1413 Brookshire Drive, No. 5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for a traffic violation.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault on a law enforcement office, resisting/interfering with arrest.
* Lorenzo Martin, 47, 405 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Isom I. Winters, 40, 401 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for traffic violations, on a New Madrid County, Mo., warrant for child neglect and on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for traffic violations and peace disturbance.
* A suspect was in custody pending charges of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and failure to stop for a steady red signal at a crosswalk.
* A suspect is in custody pending formal charges of stealing alcohol at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Samantha J. Gray, 18, and Jessica M. Price, 17, both of 333 N. Ellis St., Apt. E, were arrested on suspicion of stealing DVDs and a purse at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Christopher N. Wissmann, 40, 1517 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat belt violation.
* Christopher S. Garrett, 20, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.
* Daniel R. Hardin, 18, 256 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Taylor W. Morgan, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Kaley B. Horst, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession.
* Stephanie N. Cerny, 34, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Manik R. Webber Young, 19, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for probation violation.
* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of property damage at 128 S. Benton St.
* Kaley B. Horst, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor.
* Theresa A. Litchenegger, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop sign violation.
* Tamika R. Green, no age given, 906 N. Frederick St., Apt. C, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance.
* Eric D. Graham, 1911 Bloomfield Road was issued a summons for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
* Bradley W. Pulliam, 21, 628 Napa Circle, and Timothy R. Conrad, 21, 523 S. Minnesota Ave., were issued summonses for a fireworks violation.

* Michael L. Crow, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* Paul D. Miederhorff, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault and on suspicion of violation of order of protection.
* Casey Givens, 26, was arrested on a Gordonville, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
