* Eric A. Allen, 21, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
* Benjamin J. Smith, 24, 1222 Brookshire Road, Apt. 309, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Nathan E. Gelle, 21, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Daniel L. Richards, 53, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Lorraine Neal Jackson, 49, 3427 County Road 318, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
* Patricia Ann Bain, 47, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of robbery.
* Cory Allen Heffner, 20, 2755 Lynnwood Hills, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* Hillary Glenn Jackson, 61, 318 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Evan Alexander Duguid, 25, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Fredericktown, Mo., warrant for failure to appear and no valid operator's license, and on suspicion of theft.
* Sarah Elizabeth Dodson, 30, 1717 Bertling St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempt of court.
* Richard M. Hacker, 30, 2740 Lynnwood Hills, was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for dangerous drugs and a Chaffee, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft.
* Octavis D. Ayers, 24, 313 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for distribution of a controlled substance.
* Akita M. Richardson, 28, 647 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

* Bryan K. Reid, no age given, 1806 William St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

* Tammie M. Moore, 19, of St. Louis and Raven D. Smith, 20, 816 Themis St., were arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.
* Daryl V. McClain, 39, 601 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
* Jajuan Demarco Bell, 23, 1202 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for a suspended operator's license.

* Brittany Danielle Reed, 21, 310 N. Pacific St., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Delaney Patrick Chapman, 23, 1108 Independence St., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Brandon S. Arthur, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for shoplifting.
* Justin A. Ramos, no age given, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for shoplifting.
* Paula Diane Diebold, no age given, of Chaffee, Mo., received a summons for excessive weed growth at 921 Bloomfield St.
* Cape Girardeau Public Library, 311 N. Clark St., reported DVDs stolen.
* Buzzi Unicem USA, 2524 S Sprigg St., reported commercial steel and aluminum stolen.
* Theft was reported at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
* Theft of clothing, shoes, a PlayStation, a Wii, video games and assorted items was reported at 110 N. Silver Springs Road.
* Theft of two televisions, jewelry and money was reported at 1827 W. Cape Rock Drive.

* Leet Eyecare, 3230 Blattner Drive, reported designer glasses stolen.
* Ellis Battery, 1477 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of a cellphone battery and charger.
* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported the theft of refrigerant Freon.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Property damage to a vehicle and theft of a duffle bag, purse and money were reported at 1617 Independence St.
* Property damage to a Lemonds Coin Company vehicle was reported at 224 S. Spanish St.
* Property damage to a vehicle was reported at 19 S. Kingshighway.
* Property damage to a window was reported at 315 S. Lorimier St.
* Property damage was reported at 110 N. Park Ave.

* Justin L. Bell, 36, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Missouri State Highway Patrol warrant for delivery of a controlled substance.
