Grace United Methodist set for trivia night

Grace United Methodist Church, 521 Caruthers Ave., Cape Girardeau, is hosting a trivia night at 6 p.m. June 8. Proceeds will benefit Shawnee District Adventure Camps. American Legion Post 158 of Jackson is holding a Memorial Day Service at 9 a.m. Monday at Jackson City Cemetery on South High Street. Jackson Municipal Band will perform patriotic music and the Rev. Sam Roethemeyer, pastor at Emanuel United Church of Christ will be the guest speaker. A complimentary continental breakfast will be held after the service at the American Legion Post 158.
