CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Richard Bomar, 38, no address given, was arrested at 10 S. Spanish St. on suspicion of stealing.

* Brandon Clark, 31, no address given, was arrested at 10 S. Spanish St. on suspicion of obstructing police.

* Benjamin Pierce, 29, no address given, was arrested at 10 S. Spanish St. on suspicion of refusing to identify as a witness.

Theft

* A 2001 Mazda Millenia was stolen at Main and Independence streets.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at Ultimate Flooring Inc., 2645 Cape Centre Drive.
