CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Kyle Watson, 32, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Diedre C. Ward, 41, 719 William St. No. 7, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing a bad check.

* Danny R. Reed, 31, 1216 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a parole warrant and on suspicion of possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.

* William C. Birkman, 29, 114 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Stoddard County, Mo., warrant for child neglect.

* Kevin R. Campbell, 30, 1818 Niemann Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

* Chad M. Goza, 36, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and stealing.

* Jordan R. Quigley, 23, 1239 Oakley Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stop sign violation, careless and imprudent driving, resisting arrest and failure to yield to emergency vehicle.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon and driving while revoked.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked.

* Ryan N. Curey, 38, 1927 N. Louisiana St., Lot 57, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for leash requirements.

* Sylvester Eugene Smith III, 22, 618 North St., Apt. 201, was arrested on suspicion of misusing 911, resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer.

* Katelyn H. Exler, 24, 4685 County Road 635, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Two juveniles were arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Roland Rogers, 26, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Edna Gates, 42, and Troy Kennedy, 25, were arrested on suspicion of prostitution and patronizing prostitution.

Assault

* A domestic assault, robbery and property damage was reported.

* Assault and private peace disturbance were reported at 520 Minnesota Ave.

Burglaries

* A burglary and stealing of money were reported at Unique Boutique, 1028 N. Kingshighway.

* A burglary and stealing of ammunition, money and sunglasses were reported at 2525 Tulip Lane.

* A burglary and stealing of a laptop computer, television, Xbox 360 and games, aluminum siding, shell casings and a radiator were reported at 608 S. Ellis St.

Thefts

* Theft of a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 was reported at 15 N. Main St.

* Theft of a Motorola Atrix HD was reported at 1706 Bloomfield Road.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Property damage

* A passenger door on a vehicle was reported damaged at 403 S. Hanover St.

* A vehicle tire was reported cut at 813 S. Sprigg St.

Summonses

* Thomas J. Vicory, 23, of Jackson was issued a summons for assault.

* Christopher M. Cole, no age given, of Thebes, Ill., was issued a summons for following too close.
