Jackson police report 7/19/13

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Casey L. Blessing, 17, 246 Glen Drive, was arrested on suspicion of statutory sodomy and statutory rape.

* Roseanna C. Hubler, 28, of St. Louis was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of Donna Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 2100 block of Old Cape Road.

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of Charlotte Court.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 400 block of Morgan Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.

Summonses

* Elizabeth G. Earl, 29, 145 Woodview Lane, was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane.

* Donna E. Jones, 43, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Eric W. Armstrong, 27, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to display plates on a vehicle.

* Shawna K.L.A. Santos, 29, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued summonses for displaying the plates of another vehicle and a child safety seat violation.

Miscellaneous

* A fireworks violation was reported in the area of Oak Street and North Union Avenue.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Fraud was reported in the 600 block of North High Street.

* Harassment reported in the area of Union Avenue and Luetje Street.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.
