Jackson police report 8/12/13

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Robert J. King, 23, 930 E. Main St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Anthony Q. Carter, 46, 724 W. Jackson Blvd., No. 2, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Summonses

* Steve J. Pettigrew, 54, 406 E. Lane, No. 4, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

* Colton L. Ellis, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

* Joshua C. Crowley, 31, 1132 Old Cape Road, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended.

Assaults

* Assault was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

* Assault was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Morgan Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Morgan Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* An assist was requested in the 100 block of South Union Avenue.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 700 block of Hickory Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 500 block of North Russell Avenue.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of Shawn Drive.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of South Farmington Road.
