Sierra is a 2008 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in biomedical sciences from Southeast Missouri State University in 2011. She is employed at BioKyowa.

McWilson is a 2006 graduate of Jackson High School. He received a bachelor of arts degree in anthropology from Southeast in 2011. He is pursuing an associate's degree in nursing at SoutheastHEALTH College of Nursing and Health Sciences.

A Sept. 28 wedding is planned at the Bollinger farm in Burfordville.
