The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Azizi U. Ray, 32, 234 N. Lorimier St., No. 10, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Tyran V. Marks Jr., 27, 2857 Themis St., Apt. B3, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

* Brandon W. Colyott, 35, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for traffic violation.

* Jessica J. Wiley-Anderson, 30, 1202 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for no insurance.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession with intent.

Summonses

* Janisha A. Alexander, 27, 921 William St., Apt. 1, was issued a summons for theft of services.

* Bruce K. Huffman, 53, of Advance, Mo., was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Sarah A. Scirocco, 26, 455 Mason St., was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

* Burglary and theft of medication was reported at 821 William St.

Thefts

* Theft of Missouri motorcycle license plate CN5GC was reported at 3020 Boutin Drive.

* Theft of a cellphone was reported at 1126 Sprigg St.

* Theft of auto parts was reported at 135 LaSalle St.

* Theft was reported at Dollar General, 64 E. Plaza Way.

Miscellaneous

* Request for service was reported.

* A 30-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Violation of an order of protection was reported.
