Jackson police report 9/8/13

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Brandon W. Colyott, 35, 804 E. Adams St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

Summonses

* Sara D. Rucker, 33, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to wear a seat belt.

* Dennis L. Lacey, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to appear.

* Sean M. Merritt, 23, 816 Dorothy St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Lynsey R. Lowry, 26, 646 Oak Meadow Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported on North Farmington Road.

* Property damage was reported in the 1000 block of East Main Street.

Miscellaneous

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.

* Harassment was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 600 block of Jackson Trail Drive.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 800 block of Amanda Drive.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 300 block of North Hope Street.

* Illegal dumping was reported in the 100 block of Elwanda Drive.
