Jackson police report 10/4/13

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Lucas J. Bollinger, 29, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a driving while suspended charge.

* Steven W. Niswonger, 20, 630 Broadridge Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute and a false affidavit.

* Quincy D. Rhodes, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of Russell Avenue.

Property damage

* Property was reported damaged in the 600 block of Odus Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Keep the peace was requested in the 500 block of North Hope Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of East Jefferson Street.
