The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Kristin D. Bradley, 20, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for following too close.

* Drew M. Stafford, 20, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for fraud.

* Michael L. Hill Jr., 52, 818 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Chaffee, Mo., warrant.

Summonses

* Dale L. Koehler, 44, 341 N. Main St., was issued a summons for stealing from Pastimes Antiques, 45 N. Main St.

* Nitosha C. Ozment, 22, 1303 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

* William C. McLane, no age given, of Millersville was issued a summons for failure to move a vehicle with reasonable safety.

* Colintha D. Lampkin, no age given, 727 Sprigg St., was issued a summons for failure to yield and no insurance.

* Devon B. Wilke, no age given, 3016 Themis St., Apt. C, was issued a summons for driving while revoked and leaving the scene of an accident.

* Hyman H. Hightower, no age given, of Perryville, Mo., was issued a summons for expired license plates.

* Theft of a PSE Prophecy bow, tree-stand sticks, a camouflaged backpack and damage to a vehicle window were reported at 1945 Delwin St.

* Medication was reported stolen at 864 N. Kingshighway.

* A fountain pump was reported stolen at Meadows of Whispering Oaks, 130 La Terra Drive.

* Money was reported stolen at the American Cancer Society, 2551 Bloomfield Road.

Property damage

* A window was reported damaged at 7 Village Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A 40-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 32-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* An animal bite was reported at West End Boulevard and Broadway.

* Passing a bad check was reported at Ford Groves, 1501 N. Kingshighway.
