Arrests

* William Spitzfaden, no address given, 20, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Warren Benton Kifer, no address given, 31, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrent.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault at 9 Village Drive, No. 3.

* Holley Anne Hoering was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Burglary and theft were reported at 110 N. Silver Springs Road.

* Burglary and theft of electronics and money were reported at 103 Clark St.
